Definition of PU sandwich panels:

Polyurethane Sandwich Panel also called PU Sandwich Panel,the top & bottom sheet of this panel is Galvanized & Pre-painted steel sheets,and core material is 5 components Polyurethane glue, it is formed by heating, foaming & laminating. Polyurethane is the best material for heat and sound insulation. It can reduce the heat transmission caused by difference in the internal and external temperature, and get to maximum efficiency of freezing and refrigeration systems. It is a new type of heat insulation material for lower construction cost.Panels are in multiple varieties and specifications to meet the need of various sites and projects.

Material introduction:

Usually the surface sheet of PUR or PIR sandwich panels is PPGI or PPGL steel color coated sheets.PPGI is prepainted galvanized coated steel and PPGL is prepainted Al-Zn coated steel.For coating type,you could choose PE, PVDF, HDP, SMP,ect.

There are 4 types of panel surface profiled for your choices.Flat type, Micro ribs, Profiled ribs, Wide ribs:
Wide ribs,is also called Trapeze,or linear;

Micro ribs is also called micro profiling,or corrugated ribs;
Profiled ribs is also known as V-shaped trapeze,or grooved ribs;
Flat type is know as pure flat,or no profiling, or smooth profile ,too.

All the structure components, panels, bolts and sorts of accessories will be well packed with standard package suitable for ocean transport and loaded into 40'HQ.
All the products are loaded at the loading site of our factory using crane and forklift byour skilled workers, who will prevent
the goods from being damaged.

A.   It is mainly engaged in the design, production and construction of steel structures, prefabricated steel structures, light steel structures, steel truss floors, steel trusses, rock wool boards, sandwich panels, mobile houses, prefabricated houses, container houses and other products.

A.  30% deposite, the banlance should be paid before delivery.
 
Q3.   What is your MOQ ?
A.  for standard products, we don't have MOQ quantity.

A: Welcome to visit our factory at any time, you can contact us in advance, we will arrange hotel accommodation for you, airport pick-up service.

A: The delivery time depends on the order quantity.  Generally, the delivery time to the nearest Chinese port is 30 days after receipt of the deposit.
